【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofwinding,unwindingandrewindingmachinesforfilmorsheetmanufacturedfromrubber,plasticsandcompositematerialsinrespectofthesignificanthazardslistedinclause4.Awindingmachinebeginsattheintakeofthefilmorsheetintothewindingmachineandendsatthedischargepositionofthereel(s).Anunwindingmachinebeginsatthetake-uppositionofthereel(s)andendsatthefilmorsheettake-offpoint.Arewindingmachinebeginsatthetake-uppositionofthereel(s)andendsatthedischargepositionofthereel(s).Insomemachinesthewinding,unwindingandrewindingfunctionsmaybecombined.ThefollowingfunctionalgroupsarecoveredbythisEuropeanStandard:—fixedpointroll;—filmorsheettensioncontrol;—windingzone;—reelchangedevice;—reelloadingandunloadingdevices;andthefollowingadditionalequipmentintegratedintothewindingmachine:—spreaderrolldevice;—longitudinalcuttingunit;—slittingdevice;—filmorsheetalignmentdevice;—staticeliminator.Technicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofaidsforliftingandhandling,e.g.ofwindingcoresorreels,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Technicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofthicknessmonitoringdevicesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Hazardsduetoelectro-magneticradiation,e.g.fromtheuseofthicknessmonitoringdevices,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Toxicorchemicalhazardsandhazardsduetodusts,fumesorgases,whichcouldoccurfromthematerialsbeingwoundarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.ThisstandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
