【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationdescribesthephysicalrequirementsforprimaryandsecondaryterrestrialnonconcentratorphotovoltaicreferencecells.AreferencecellisdefinedasadevicethatmeetstherequirementsofthisspecificationandiscalibratedinaccordancewithTestMethodE1125orTestMethodE1362.1.2Referencecellsareusedinthedeterminationoftheelectricalperformanceofphotovoltaicdevices,asstatedinTestMethodsE948andE1036.1.3Tworeferencecellphysicalspecificationsaredescribed:1.3.1Small-CellPackageDesign8212;Asmall,durablepackagewithalowthermalmass,wideopticalfield-of-view,andstandardizeddimensionsintendedforphotovoltaicdevicesupto20by20mm,and1.3.2Module-PackageDesign8212;Apackageintendedtosimulatetheopticalandthermalpropertiesofaphotovoltaicmoduledesign,butelectricconnectionsaremadetoonlyonephotovoltaiccellinordertoeliminateproblemswithcalibratingseriesandparallelconnectionsofcells.Physicaldimensionsarenotstandardized.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
