【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforseal-lessrotodynamicpumpsthataredrivenwithpermanentmagnetcoupling(magnetdrivepumps)orwithcannedmotor,andwhicharemainlyusedinchemicalprocesses,watertreatmentandpetrochemicalindustries.Theirusecanbedictatedbyspace,noise,environmentorsafetyregulations.Seal-lesspumpsarepumpswhereaninnerrotoriscompletelycontainedinapressurevesselholdingthepumpedfluid.ThepressurevesselorprimarycontainmentdeviceissealedbystaticsealssuchasgasketsorO-rings.2Pumpswillnormallyconformtorecognizedstandardspecifications(e.g.ISO5199,explosionprotection,electromagneticcompatibility),exceptwherespecialrequirementsarespecifiedherein.3ThisInternationalStandardincludesdesignfeaturesconcernedwithinstallation,maintenanceandoperationalsafetyofthepumps,anddefinesthoseitemstobeagreeduponbetweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer/supplier.4WhereconformitytothisInternationalStandardhasbeenrequestedandcallsforaspecificdesignfeature,alternativedesignsmaybeofferedprovidingthattheysatisfytheintentofthisInternationalStandardandtheyaredescribedindetail.PumpswhichdonotconformwithallrequirementsofthisInternationalStandardmayalsobeofferedprovidingthatthedeviationsarefullyidentifiedanddescribed.Wheneverdocumentsincludecontradictoryrequirements,theyshouldbeappliedinthefollowingsequenceofpriority:a)purchaseorder(orinquiry,ifnoorderplaced),seeannexesDandE;b)datasheet(seeannexA)ortechnicalsheetorspecification;c)thisInternationalStandard;d)otherstandards.

【摘要】:Thepurposeofthistestistoobtain,bymeansofaspecifiedlaboratoryprocedure,thevaluesoftheequilibriummoisturecontentathigherRHlevels((x2248;95to100%).Thesevaluesareusedeitherasmeanstocharacterizethematerialorasmaterialcharacteristicsneededasinputtoappropriatecomputermodelsthatcansimulatewettingordryingpotentialofindividualbuildingmaterialsormaterialassembliesunderspecifiedenvironmentalconditions.1.1Thistestmethodspecifiesalaboratoryprocedureforthedeterminationofthewaterretentioncurve(ormoisturestoragecapacity)ofporousbuildingmaterialsatveryhighrelativehumidity(RH)levels(x2248;95to100%RH)correspondingtothecapillarymoistureregionofthesorptionisotherm.Thisisachievedbyusingthepressureplatetestapparatus.Thistechniquewasoriginallydevelopedtostudysoilmoisturecontentandeventuallyhadbeenadaptedtobuildingconstructionmaterials.1.2AthigherRHlevels(x2248;95to100%RH)ofthesorptionisotherm(seeTestMethodC1498),useofclimaticchamberisnotanoption.Thistechniqueusesoverpressuretoextractwateroutoftheporestructureofporousmaterialsuntilequilibriumbetweenthemoisturecontentinthespecimensandthecorrespondingoverpressureisachieved.Usingthepressureplateextractors,equilibriumcanonlybereachedbydesorption.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
