【摘要】:ThisInternationalstandardprovidesrecommendationsfortheinstallationanduseoftextilefloorcoveringsonstairsforbothresidential/domesticandcontract/commercialpurposes.Itcoversallproductscomposedoftextilematerialwithapileornon-pileusesurfaceincludingtheuseofsuchproductsintileform.NOTEInmanysplit-leveldwellings,aroommayhaveoneortwostepsbetweendifferentlevels.Thissituationdiffersfromastairwayinseveralimportantrespects:—thestepsareusuallywiderandthereforetrafficintensityinanyoneplaceisusuallyless;—thecarpetmaybebentoverstepsineitherthemachinedirectionortheacross-machinedirection.Onastairway,itisnormalpracticetolaythecarpetwiththepilelyingdownthestairs.
