【摘要】:ThispartofISO15103specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpoly(phenyleneether)mouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsaredescribedforthepreparationoftestspecimens,andproceduresformeasuringprop-ertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.Propertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuit-ableandnecessarytocharacterizepoly(phenyleneether)mouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350:1993.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO15103,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinpart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspecimenprepara-tionandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentproce-dures.
